Cassaundra serves as COO of Be Firmly Rooted, Inc. and co-founder and president of PraiStones, LLC . She has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and currently serves as a program manager for a national faith-based health system. She is a wife and the mother of 3 school-aged children, who is quite familiar with navigating the complexities of special needs parenting and adoption trauma. Her passion is to instill hope in children and adults through creative tools designed to recall the faithfulness of God.
